Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of photography services, workshop seats, prints, and mentorship subscriptions from Breathtaking Moments Photography (“we,” “us,” or “Jenn”). By booking or buying, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & deposits

A session is reserved once a booking is confirmed and any required deposit is paid. A non-refundable retainer of [deposit amount / %] is due at booking to hold your date; the balance is due [timing]. Dates are held on a first-confirmed basis.

Rescheduling & cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least [N days] notice, subject to availability. Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date within [window]. Cancellations made after the balance is due are [refund stance].

Prints, workshops & mentorship

• Prints are made to order. Because each is produced for you, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective — report issues within [N days] of delivery with a photo of the damage.
• Workshop seats are limited. Refunds are available up to [N days] before the workshop; after that a seat may be transferred but is non-refundable.
• Mentorship is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period, and we do not prorate partial periods.

Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in USD and shown at checkout.

Photographs & copyright

Jenn Bakker retains copyright to all photographs she creates. On delivery you receive a personal-use license to view, print, and share your images. Commercial use, resale, and edits/filters that alter the images require written permission. We may use images from your session in our portfolio, website, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

We take great care on every project. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss, or circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
